Yoga Nidra
We start the classes with a soft Hatha Yoga flow and afterwards we relax with a blissfull Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra means literally 'Yogic sleap but in fact this has nothing to do with sleaping. The goal is to deeply relax by addressing deep-seated underlying stress and clearing your subconscious mind. Just as you need to clean your house, you should also do this for your body and mind.
During the practice we lie on our mat with our eyes closed and remaining with full awareness. We float between the state of being awake and sleeping. You will only reacht this state when you sleep deeply. During the Yoga Nidra practice you only need to listen to the voice of the teachter that guides you through the different steps of the practice.
